red_shiftIt's September 30. Three people (including me) have posted to AC. I think that kind of speaks for itself in terms of what's going on. The writing has been on the wall more or less since we opened, and the game has just continued to shrink since then. (And at least then, there were more than two players and a mod.)
As such, Outbound Flight will be closing today. It was fun, but it seems kind of silly to keep a game open for 3 people.
I'm not going to blame anyone, point fingers, any of that. No need to turn this into a wanksplosion. But I've noticed that it's getting harder and harder to find casual RP on Dreamwidth anymore. It's either sex games or horror games - no one wants adventure games. But honestly I have enough of dealing with traumatized people at my job, and I don't want to join a sex game. And with real life stuff, and such a small amount of us right now, I don't have the can, or the energy to mod a game.
That all being said, I had fun playing with you all. I'll still be catching you on plurk or on various corners of the internets. Stay awesome, all of you.
